Relay is one of the basic components of automation equipment used in switch control, which has been widely used in industrial control, weapons and equipment. Since the relay is often used for automatic control of critical signals, it will directly affect the correctness and stability of device or product features. Currently, aging tests to monitor the relay operation time and contact voltage drop detection relay is qualified as a judge of the principal means. In the case of bulk relays require aging test, a kind of relay aging platform for control testing, intelligent interpretation, report generation, which has the functions of multiple centralized control and synchronous sampling function, is particularly important.This thesis combines with a scientific research project, and conducts a complete design for relay aging platform based on Lab VIEW. Firstly, this thesis introduces the background, development status of research. According to the actual needs, proposed the hardware design architecture of the project. Specific hardware circuit design has been completed including conditioning circuit, collecting circuit, power supply and ISA bus interface standard. Secondly, the design of function software has been completed with taking the operating time, the contact pressure drop as the initial test parameters. Finally, several relays to be tested undergone aging test. The test results show that the hardware and software platform is designed properly, and it can effectively execute the relay aging and testing.
