The use of large volume concrete in the construction engineering of the frequency is very high,especially in the construction of hydraulic. For example, the dam construction will use dam material with large volume concrete;spillway construction,will also use the large volume concrete as main structure. Although the large volume concrete application is very extensive,but there are some problems in the actual project construction. When pouring out of the building, cement heat released together, will make the pressure inside and outside the concrete is not consistent, so that the pouring block crack. In view of this situation, the majority of builders will field were carried out to study the stress on its temperature, break through the technical level,to solve this problem.Study of these engineering scholars generally will carry on the exploration research on the large volume concrete using computer technology. At present, belongs to the numerical simulation analysis technology in this project is used at most. Then,this paper will take the ansys software as the main research method, are introduced in detail on the large volume concrete.Mass concrete temperature stress field and the time and space are closely related,generally divided into two parts:the temperature field and stress field. Here, the object of this subject is:Although the temperature field of mass concrete of large area, but due to the sudden release of cement heat is too big, cause local heating. The calculation of temperature stress is not very simple, the calculation methods but extremely tedious, but generally speaking, the calculated data is very large. Because of the complexity of temperature stress, so in the calculation, in order to simplify the complex problem, generally using finite element numerical technology. Finite element method is the use of the variational method, some very irregular function is replaced by other simple functions, thus obtains the approximate solution.This paper uses the ANSYS software, the specific simulation of mass concrete temperature stress field. In this way, to get the boundary conditions need to be in the process of calculation and solve the difficult problems encountered in practical engineering. At the same time, this thesis focus on practical, field research through comparative analysis, data access, lists of temperature stress field related parameters and the establishment of the practical engineering model, further reduce the computational difficulty. Not only that, this thesis through the model and image, systematic analysis of the temperature field and stress field of the physical situation, thus to adjust casting size, the reasonable control of the gap between concrete blocks.
