Since the reform and opening up,with the continuous development of China's economy, the scale and difficulty of building has been continuously improved.Mass concrete has been widely used in high-tech projects as an important structure.Although mass concrete has a variety of advantages, but the problem of hydration has been a problem can not be ignored. The so-called hydration heat problem is the concrete in the formation of the strength of the process will release a lot of heat, because the volume of large volume of concrete and the thermal conductivity of the material itself is not good,is to lead to the accumulation of heat inside the concrete, and ultimately the formation of temperature stress and Temperature gradient,in the internal and external temperature reached a certain amount,it will lead to concrete cracking.Cracks in concrete will not only affect the structural durability, its appearance, impermeability will also cause serious impact. Therefore, the problem of hydration heat of mass concrete in engineering has always been the focus of attention of technical staff. In the computer technology is so developed today, the temperature field of concrete and temperature stress analysis has been basically a computer to replace, this paper to Hefei Binhu a super high-level as the object of study, the use of finite element analysis software Midas / gen on the core area of mass concrete The simulation and analysis of the bottom plate, combined with the previous test data and simulation analysis results on the floor pouring to develop a reasonable construction program and preventive measures, and summarize the crack prevention and treatment measures.
