With the rapid development of highway construction, Geothermal Regeneration Technology has remarkable economic benefit and social benefit in the maintenance of highway in our country. This paper mainly focuses on the remixer of geothermal renewable resurfaced unit and design.of control system in this machine.Through the research on the remixer, The control system is divided into four parts: heating system, walking system, hydraulic system and auxiliary system. According to the function of each subsystem and analyzing its hydraulic drive principle, then selecting the appropriate hydraulic control components, finlly designing its hydraulic control system. Completing the overall design of control system in remixer whose core is TTC200 controller and ST104V5T high quality display module with IEC61131-3 programming standard. Adopting the idea of building block design to designing the software of remixer and achieving the exchange of monitoring data based on CAN bus message.In order to verify the reliability of the measuring and control system of heating remixer, Ihave the debugging on some function and a evaluation of the measuring and control system according to the phenomena of debugging and data. This results show that the control system basically achieved the requirements of design, meeting the demand of intelligent of heating remixer.
