High-performance steel cement mixing wall technology is the improvement and upgrade of the traditional SMW method, it has the advantages of the SMW method, but also solves the problem of quality defects of cement soil during the construction of SMW method. The proposal and application of this technology make the role and needs of steel in the soil cement mixing wall be re-valued, while the joint action and bending performance of combination components of steel and cement soil have been always the focus of attention in the research of steel cement mixing wall. In this paper, the relevant experiments were designed to research the effect on the composite beams with the impact of preparation of indoor large volume soil cement, soil cement strength, bonding and binding, as well as research on the treatment of distributed optical fiber monitoring data in steel cement mixing wall, details as follows:1. Put forward a new method for the preparation of indoor large volume soil cement, it solves the inefficient problem of present preparation method of soil cement with dry soil sample by controlling the parameters with the proportion method. The correspondence between the prepared soil cement test block proportion and strength was obtained by experimental data through this method.2. Set up an automated data processing and analysis system that matches the monitoring system based on the nature of distributed fiber deformation monitoring data in a pile of SMW method, this system uses the data warehouse technology to establish a BOTDA data management system, it constructs positioning metadata to achieve automatic data extraction, transformation and loading process and solves the problem of the neutral axis position and temperature compensation during data processing through the algorithm.3. Design comparative experiments of dual-beam large-size composite beams and composite beams coated with friction reducing agent, studies the effect of soil cement strength and bonding effect on the composite beam using surface load applying means.4. Get the impact of restraints on steel soil cement composite beam by designing comparative experiments between test beams with soil cement constraints and link constraints, unconstrained test beam and pure steel beams.
