With the continuous development of automotive electronic technology, electronic control module has been widely used in vehicle control systems. Electronic control module of a large number of applications, not only improves the ride comfort, stability and security for passenger, but also brings new problems to vehicle design and assembly. Traditional dragnet wiring can not meet the needs of the Body Control System between the numerous electronic control module information exchange, generation and application of CAN bus controller Area Network solves the transmission and exchange of information between the various electronic control modules, while greatly simplifying and reducing the number of the wiring harness, saving space and cost.Body Control system design and development process involves the functional requirements analysis, hardware and software development, a series of environmental test and functional test, and many other content. This article is focuses on window control module, headlight control module and wiper control module design and implementation done a detailed description.The main work includes:Firstly, introduces the body control system research background, research status and functional requirements. Secondly, according to the functional requirements of the functional design of the body control system, respectively described in detail both from the hardware and software:STM32 microprocessor as the core to the peripheral circuit design, introduces the power supply circuit, the minimum system circuit, CAN node circuits, window hardware circuits, headlight hardware circuits, wiper hardware circuits and switch detection circuit design and use Cadence software drawing PCB board; software design based on μ C/OS-Ⅱ operating system, including μC/OS-Ⅱ porting and application, CAN communication software design, window control software design, headlight control and wiper control software design. Finally, build the test system, complete hardware circuit and functional testing.Tests show that the design of hardware and software functions can be good running, various electronic control modules are operating normally, for the further development and promotion of a positive reference.
