trains,subway vehicles and urban rail trains are constantly exported abroad,and gradually occupy the main market share of some countries and regions in Europe,America and Africa.Market share,the overall level of China’s railroad technology has stepped into the ranks of the world’s most advanced,to achieve the European and other developed railroad countries to catch up,these achievements are inseparable from the rapid spread and development of train communication network TCN.Train communication network TCN is a data communication system used to connect programmable devices in train cars and realize real-time interconnection of related information,with powerful functions of train and its carriage function control,status detection and feedback,information technology service for passengers on board,fault alarm and maintenance,etc.It is one of the key technologies of modern rail train communication,and TCN network control technology ensures that these trains can run for a long time.stable operation.As an important part of TCN network,multi-functional vehicle bus(MVB bus)is responsible for connecting with the node of train bus communication and various on-board equipments in the carriage where the node is located,realizing the transmission and exchange of various information,and helping to complete the control,detection and diagnosis of trains,and the research on it at home and abroad is in the white-hot stage.As the core processor on MVB bus,MVBC is one of the indispensable components of MVB equipment and the only special component on MVB equipment.However,due to the foreign technology blockade and the late start in China,and limited by the level of domestic production technology,domestic manufacturers rely on the import of foreign MVBC and other supporting complete facilities,so they do not master the core technology of MVBC.In this context,through the study of train communication network TCN standard and MVB bus,this paper proposes a software and hardware design scheme for the multifunctional vehicle bus controller MVBC Class II device based on STM32.In terms of hardware design,first of all,the selection of devices is completed,the core processor module is selected from STMicroelectronics’ ARM processor STM32F407ZGT6,the multi-functional vehicle bus controller is selected from Bombardier’s MVBCO2 D model,the TM communication memory is selected from the American IS62WV51216 BLL,the physical layer interface driver chip of MVBC The internal isolated RS-485 transceiver ADM2582 EBRWZ is used;then the STM32 system circuit and peripheral circuit design,MVBC system circuit and MVBC physical layer interface circuit design,TM communication memory system circuit design and other functional modules circuit design are completed in turn;then the PCB is drawn,and at the same time,considering the practicality,the The PCB was designed to resist electromagnetic interference,and finally,the board controller for the Class II device was manufactured by outsourcing the board,purchasing components,and mounting and soldering the components.In terms of software design,after in-depth analysis of MVB bus,we first designed and completed the initialization and configuration of UART and MVBC;then with CRC check algorithm,we designed and completed the transmission and reception of UART data set;finally,considering the train safety,we designed the self-test of this Class II device,and added the self-test mode of power-on and self-test mode during operation of the device.The completion of the hardware and software design lays the foundation for the subsequent burning of the corresponding drivers,the realization of data communication,and the completion of the internal communication system test of the train.In this paper,based on the hardware design and software design of the Class II device,a hardware test platform is built.Firstly,the circuit of each functional module of the board controller is tested comprehensively to confirm that the hardware circuit of each module still works normally under the condition of long time power operation,and no short circuit,circuit break,communication interruption,etc.;then with the MVB-Analyzer protocol analyzer,the communication test,stability test and overall test of the Class II device are conducted.The overall test includes BER test and alarm test,and the test results show that everything is normal;finally,the performance analysis and summary of the Class II device show that the Class II device is successfully designed,and its board controller can guarantee long time data continuity transmission,which confirms that the designed Class II device is safe,reliable,stable and practical.It can guarantee the safety of internal communication of train safety control system in real time and effectively.MVBC market demand is huge,China must overcome the problem and have the independent property rights of MVBC series equipment,this topic is based on this background,through the in-depth research and functional design of MVBC class II equipment to achieve,this topic has produced a board controller for this Class II device,which can be practically applied to the train communication network,filling the gap for the domestic MVBC design field and hopefully accumulating experience for the development of higher class MVBC devices in the future,as well as making sufficient pavement for further productization. |
