This article is based on the secondary development of ABAQUS finite element software technology, and is used the Python language programming technology to establish independent multiple rocket launchers firing accuracy of the simulation system platform. The system platform sets up the parametric modeling module, the parameterized simulation analysis and post-processing check module running in the background of ABAQUS software. According to the result of post-processing, the Isight integrates optimization of ABAQUS software platform to the rockets in the storage box front plate for structural optimization.Paper work includes the several aspects:(1) In-depth study of ABAQUS script-the Python language, as well as the realization ways and means of the secondary development, it lays a good foundation for blow parameterized modeling, parametric simulation analysis and optimization.(2) Develop an independent multiple rocket launchers firing accuracy simulation system platform, and through the system platform of parametric modeling module orientation device, storage and transportation of the composites box and parameterize modeling all the barrel of the gun.(3) On the basis of full gun model built, in the first place, whole gun is in the modal analysis on the platform of system dynamics simulation analysis module, and inputs dynamic parameters in dynamic analysis of the graphical user interface. Consider the storage tank at different location of the front plate of rockets the muzzle, it provides reference for storage and transportation send box structure optimization.(4) It is based on the parametric model of multiple rocket launchers with the optimization target. In order to reduce the rocket initial disturbance, the Isight optimization software integrates the application of ABAQUS. In order to improve the intensity of rockets shot, it uses the second generation of non-inferior sorting genetic algorithm NSGA-II to establish storage box structure optimization.
