| Two-shafts turntable is used to simulate the position of the infrared thermal image source in three-dimensional space, and it is used to detect the infrared guidance missile’s ability to capture and track heat source’s target. It is used to simulate flying object. It is the necessary device to detect the performance indicators and set parameters in the process of missile producing. Two-shafts turntable control system is the core content of the research.First we make the control strategy of the turntable. Then the system scheme is designed. On the basis of overall scheme we compared and selected frame structure of the turntable. Using PROE software and mechanics simulation method, using mechanical parts module classification method, the moment of inertia of irregular parts is calculated accurately. On this basis, we calculated the parameters of the motor, gear reducer, and selected reasonable model. The encoder model was determined, and the two-shafts turntable system dynamics model is established.PID controller was designed for the two-shafts turntable. PID controller parameters’ impact on the turntable system performance was analyzed. Then the method of PID control was improved for the actual two-dimensioned turntable system. Following, we applied the PID control method in the actual C program and we compiled the control program. Next we debugged the C program until it is right. Response parameters were set for network transmission and simulation database was established. Simulation experiment was done and C program was use to design the control interface on the Labwindow/CVI platform. The man-machine interface was designed friendly and the functions are complete.The experimental data was obtained through two kinds of model experiments. Compared with the two-shafts turntable technical indicators, the actual technical parameters are better than the technical indicators. So it meets the requirements of two-shafts turntable design parameters. In the process of controlling two-shafts turntable, Network transmission was done only for the following work:the establishment of the simulation database, response parameters settings and compiling the network transmission interface. Next we are waiting for the publisher to dock the project, to realize the network transmission system alignment. |
