| Positive pressure and dynamic pressure of shock wave are important indicators of damage power evaluation. With the continuous development of high-energy ammunition such as FAE and blockbuster, the damage power evaluation of dynamic pressure of shock wave in the blast field is of great significance. At present, the domestic complete testing devices for dynamic pressure of shock wave are lack. And the structure of test devices we ever used is complex and dynamic characteristics are not good. As a consequence, the damage power evaluation of dynamic pressure of shock wave could be hampered. Based on it, the testing method of dynamic pressure of shock wave in the blast field was analyzed and the test system was set up.Based on the analysis of the form mechanism and spreading characteristics of dynamic pressure of shock wave and the particularity of test methods and environments. The compound sensor design for dynamic pressure of shock wave was first proposed. Aiming at possible problems, solutions were proposed combined with the actual conditions of blast field. According to structural parameters of the selected sensor, combined with theory of dynamic pressure of shock wave, the external size of sensor for dynamic pressure of shock wave were basically ascertained. The dynamic characteristics of the sensor for dynamic pressure of shock wave test were simulated and analyzed by use of Fluent CFD software. The structure size of the sensor for dynamic pressure of shock wave, the sensor installation location and other parameters were identified. According to the dynamic pressure signals of shock wave and features of the test surrounding, the sensitive devices selection of measuring sensors were completed, the corresponding conditioning circuits were designed. According to the testing requirements, the test system was set up and the experiment of dynamic pressure of shock wave was basically completed. Aiming to problems in the experiment, combined with the theory and the analysis of test data, the further improvement was done to the sensor and the further experimental study was done to it. At the same time, the features of dynamic pressure signals shock wave in the blast field were analyzed, the methods of signal analysis and processing were proposed, the influencing factors of uncertainty of measurement were analyzed, the improvements for test system were provided.With some experiments, it was shown that the test system is feasible and useful. The test system not only provided an effective test method for damage power evaluation and target’s damage effect assessment on ammo system. |
