The dissertation is carried out to provide the environment restriction for the dynamic simulation of Fuze Virtual Prototyping. It consists of three parts, which are the design of testing system of the shock tests, the proper analysis method as well as the mathematical generation method of shock signals, and the primary building of the shock environment tests database system.In the beginning of the dissertation, the testing systems of the shock tests designed according to GJB-573A-98 are discussed and many of effective shock environment tests data are obtained.The data obtained from the tests are used to extract various statistical features about the signals, such as peak value and width of the first peak in time domain, Fourier spectrum and energy spectrum density in frequency domain. On the base of these features, the theory and method of waveform synthesis is applied to generate random shock signals of the shock tests environment above, which have the allowable error.For the dynamic simulation of Fuze Virtual Prototyping, the environment tests database system is built primarily at the end of this dissertation, which finished the building of the database and the module on the data processing of tests data and the maintenance on the database.
