This paper focuses on the vehicle missile launching device, in order to get a better outspread rule and the dynamical characteristics of the missile launching device, and the need of the unsupported random launching, the dynamical of outspreading and launching with the dynamic response of launching site are studied. Due to the sensitivity of the research content, this paper focus more on dynamic research, just making a simple introduction for the structure.First, based on the characteristics of the vehicle missile launching device, introduce the device’s structure and working principle in detail; establish the device’s 3D model by Solidworks, then eatablish the device’s multi-rigid-body dynamical model by Adams.According to the characteristics of the system, considering the flexible deformation of the frame, guide rail of launch box and, Use modal reduction method, generate the flexible frame, drag rack and launch box guide, established the rigid- flexible coupled dynamics model of the launcher,and through the launch dynamical simulation,obtained the dynamical parameter of missile.Using D’Alembert’s principle, make mechanical analysis for the erecting process, and get the functional relation between the force of hydro-cylinder and erection rule, choose the four known rules of motion:uniform motion、 uniform acceleration-uniform-uniform deceleration、uniform acceleration-uniform deceleration and half-cycle cosine motion, get the drive force. Make dynamical simulating for the rigid-flexible coupled model, compare the key positions’ load of the device and the vibration of missile between the four motion rules, then choose the better motion rule from the four rules.To realize the missile unsupported random launch, must estimate the launching site, and make analysis of the load exerted on the ground by the launching vehicle by using static-dynamic method, and get the theoretical formula of the load exerted on the ground. Choose the asphalt concrete pavements as the unsupported random launching site. Establish the pavements’ FEM model by Drucker-Prage Creeping Model, then the dymamic response of the site during erecting and launching.
