| Transfer structure have been a structural Distribution in common use of the verticalirregular high-rise buildings. Steel reinforced concrete(SRC) conversion beam which ishigh-strength,great rigidity,good stretchability,have been widely used in the transferstructure designs.Presently, the forms of template support often used in the conversion beamconstruction include landing support, superimposition concrete placing, hanging formworksupport. landing support needs lots of materials, superimposition concrete placing needslong construction period,thus, hanging formwork construction have been widely used in theproject.However,the theory research of hanging formwork construction fall behind theapplication in engineering.SRC conversion beam,using the hanging formwork,have theeffect of ahead stress by profile steels in construction period,so the yield bending momentand the limit bending moment would be influenced.Therefore,this article will carry onresearch on the design and actuating system of the hanging formwork support,maketheoretical derivation to the Flexure Strength of SRC beam in different forms ofconstruction.By the proposed formula,this article analyse the key factors to the mechanicalproperty of SRC beam by hanging formwork construction and provide the rationalparameter range.The Main research contents and results were summarized as follows.(1)Carry on study on the hanging formwork construction system design, transfermechanism,forms and selection principles of the hanging formwork system.Offer themethod of design and component safe sex checking of the hanging mold system.(2) Summarizes the current domestic theory formula to the Flexure Strength of SRCbeam,the current theory didn’t have the formula of yield bending moment.Point out that thecurrent theory have a problem that the steel web limit state stress plastic distribution,but it isnot actually.According to the derivation,the article provide the recommendations forimprovement formula of the Flexure Strength of SRC beam,and the formula of yieldbending moment and limit bending moment of the hanging formwork beam.(3)Based on the established nonlinear finite element model of the SRC beam,it provesthat the hanging formwork construction has no effect on the limit bending moment of the SRC beam.By compareing FEM results with the proposed formula value,the recommendedformula is rational. Formula for the value of the ultimate moment of order can beconsiderde as the theory value of the hanging mold beam.(4)The ratio of the yield moment and the ultimate moment as the safety factor of theSRC beam, suspending formwork would reduce the ratio.Using the recommendedformula,the article analyse the key factors to the mechanical property of SRC beam byhanging formwork construction and provide the rational parameter range. |
