Hanging basket cantilever construction method refers to set hanging basket working platform on both sides of the pier. The pier balance by section to the symmetrical supporting tray bar concrete beam to the design position, the curing of beams to design strength, bridge method and then pull control hole, through beam, priestess.The main equipment is a pair of walking hanging basket, Moving beam in tension and anchor and pier as a whole basket, assembling reinforcement, formwork, pouring concrete, prestressed are in the basket. The completion of the construction, the basket symmetrical forward each move a section, next to the girder, sequential forward, until the cantilever beam section is completed.Because of its many advantages, since the last century60’s first use of so far, has become an effective means of construction, in construction of large span bridges.The hanging basket is the key equipment in the cantilever pouring construction, has become the various categories and styling products. Research and improvement of hanging basket structure, not only can improve the hanging basket structure stability, reduce the difficulty of construction, ensure the safety of construction, will also reduce the amount of using steel, short construction time, obtain better economic benefits.In this thesis, the construction equipment of continuous beam bridge hanging basket as the object of study, combined with the construction of a double track bridge specific requirements, research on structure design, strength check, the main truss finite element simulation and experiment. The topic has important engineering application value.First, analyzed the structure characteristics of the commonly used hanging basket, chose the diamond hanging basket as analysis object, and check the intensity of main component; secondly, establish the finite element model of the system main truss on its strength, stiffness and dynamic characteristics of the simulation and analysis, the results show that the diamond hanging basket structure as a whole is conform to the requirements of the safety design, structure improvement suggestions were put forward; finally, the establishment of the main truss by the amount of deflection under load model, revealing the association rules, and security deflection variation through the experiment, verify the reasonableness of the law.
