Study On Industrial Type Selection And Spatial Layout Of Low Hills And Gentle Hills

Currently, Yunnan province is implementing a pilot development of low-slope hilly mountainous area, scientific and rational development of low-slope hilly had great significance in relieving the contradiction between arable land protection and urban development, it also conductive to economic development of mountainous area.Under the situation of man-land relationship and the contradiction between arable land protection and urbanization both become increasing tense, how to scientifically and legitimately develop industry of low-slope hilly mountainous area and optimize the industrial land’s layout is a immediately be resolved in the process of constructing mountainous town. Compared with plains, the low-slope hilly mountainous area has its own peculiarities, such as, the frequent natural disasters, the complicated terrain,the fragile ecological environment and so on. Based on these characteristics of low-slope hilly mountainous area, human must take the ecological environment into account in the process of developing industry of low-slope hilly mountainous area,and then, obtain the methods of construction land suitability evaluation and industrial land’s layout for low-slope hilly mountainous area.According to the above background, this paper based on the characteristics of low-slope hilly mountainous area, analyzed and evaluated comprehensive development level of Qujing city’s 22 industrial sector, combined the two project application area’s present situation of industrial layout and development; Gaojiatun and Xiaopo-taihe project application area in this paper was as the research object, try to analysis low-slope hilly construction land suitability evaluation index system,evaluation method and evaluation index system, evaluation methods of choose leading industry for low-hilly mountainous area. According to the construction land suitability grade of evaluation results and the results of industry evaluation, this paper put forward some countermeasures for industrial’s land layout in the low-hilly mountainous area project application area.The results shows that:(1)According to the special low-slope hilly mountainousarea land features, constructing construction land suitability evaluation index system,evaluation method of low-slope hilly and industry evaluation index system, evaluation method for mountainous area, should take into account environmental sustainability.(2)By applying the GIS technology, the results of construction land suitability evaluation are more relevant,The industrial land’s layout of low-slope hilly mountainous area should be implemented on the basis of the construction land suitability evaluation, that is to say: the different suitability level area should be arranged the correspondent industry;(3) According to the results of construction land suitability evaluation and choice of industry,combining the present situation of industrial layout,we could arrange metallurgical, power, coking for Gaojiatun,arrange tobacco industry, pharmaceutical industry, fabricated non-metallic mineral industry. It follows that the methods of industrial land’s layout based on the construction land suitability grade is more rational, it is a reflection of raising the land use rate and optimizing industry layout.
