Study On Planning And Design Of Characteristic Agricultural Industrial Park In Hilly Area Based On "Production-living-ecology Space"

The construction of industry and towns in China has made great achievements since the reform and opening up,but there are still many drawbacks in development for a long time,and the contradiction between the development and utilization of land and space and the construction of ecological civilization is becoming increasingly prominent.After the 18 th National Congress,our country issued a series of policy documents,demanding to limit land development,strengthen land ecological protection,further clarify the suitability of land use,and delimit the "production-living-ecology space" development control boundary from three aspects: resource endowment,ecological conditions and environmental capacity.Under this background,planning "production-living-ecology space" for agricultural industrial parks combined with the general trend of rural development,and designing with suitability evaluation is not only a perfect spatial scale for the planning system of production-livingecology space,but also a supplement to the planning of agricultural industrial park,which is also a solution to a series of problems in rural development through such research.Drawing on relevant theories and practices in China and abroad,we built the theoretical framework of "production-living-ecology space" for agricultural industrial parks in hilly regions and the evaluation index system of suitability of the "production-living-ecology space" for agricultural industrial parks in hilly regions based on the deep analysis of the concept connotation of "production-living-ecology space",chose Hengshan Xuanzhou Agricultural Industrial Park for empirical analysis,and proposed planning strategies according to the analysis of the suitability results of "production-living-ecology space" and made the design.And we get three points of conclusions:(1)By combing the literature of "production-living-ecology space" in China and abroad,and discriminating the concept of "production-living-ecology space",we clarified the classification principle of "production-living-ecology space" system,taking the function of land use as the starting point,and identified the "production-living-ecology space" function classification and the determination of the dominant function from the land use types.Taking the dominant function of land as the primary principle of the classification system,we constructed the "production-living-ecology space" classification system based on the dominant function of land use.Based on this,the evaluation index system of "productionliving-ecology space" in agricultural industrial park in hilly area was established,and the weight of index factor was obtained by using the aid of yaahp auxiliary software in AHP.(2)By evaluating the suitability of the "production-living-ecology space" of the Hsuanzhou Agricultural Industrial Park in Hengshan,the results showed that the production,living and ecological suitability of the Hsuanzhou Agricultural Industrial Park in Hengshan is getting better,and most of the space was more suitable.Most of the living space belongs to more suitable living space.In space,the spatial distribution characteristics of the suitability grade of living space show the combination of "linear" and "block".Hengshan Xuanzhou Agricultural Industrial Park has formed the " linear " suitable area around the park and the suitable area of the core living space in the south of the park.Ecological spatial suitability grade shows obvious linear spatial distribution,mainly distributed in surface water: Xuanzhou water protection range,others refer to forest coverage is block distribution,among which the most suitable area of ecological space is Xuanzhou water area.(3)The present situation data of "production-living-ecology space" in Hengshan Xuanzhou Agricultural Industrial Park were weighted and superimposed with the results of suitability evaluation,and the planning strategies were put forward under the principle of unified planning principles.Combined with the result and planning strategy of "productionliving-ecology space",the functional zoning of the park was carried out,and the corresponding planning and design were made,which further confirmed the "production-living-ecology space" planning system in practical cases.
