Abstract/Summary:
Some clinical diseases and their deterioration are closely related to the internal cruor and anticoagulation system. The study of automatic cruor test system plays an important role not only in the prevention and treatment of diseases, but also in the basic medicine and clinical medicine.This paper introduces a cruor test system to increase the testing items, improve the measurement accuracy and enhance the system’s antijamming ability, by combining the respective advantages of three primary coagulation test methods-the solidification method, the chromogenic substrate method and the immunological method. Hence the deficiencies of current domestic cruor test system, such as low degree automatization, single test method, and limited test items, are filled up.The system is composed of a personal computer and a testing instrument. The testing instrument using modular design comprises several sub-functional blocks:communication module, measurement module, moving module, loading sample module and temperature control module etc. The key techniques of this whole system include:high-speed and reliable data exchange technology, accurate measurement of coagulation factor, multiple components coordinated and high-precision movement of the test system, precision loading sampling technique and precise temperature control technology. These key techniques are focused on in this paper.This dissertation’s main work is as follows:1. According to the modular design, the overall scheme of the hardware and the software in the system are devised.2. The stability and accuracy of the test system are enhanced by means of dual magnetic circuit magnetic bead method, optical method and the digital filter technique to process the collected signals.3. The coordinate and the precision of the movment system are guaranteed by odopting multi-task processing technology, step motor drive high subdividing number technology and position sensor.4. Accomplish the design of loading sample module. The pipetting accuracy of loading sample module is guaranteed by way of using step mortor driving micropipettor, finish the function of detecting the liquid level.5. Constant temperature control in the temperature-controlled zone is realized by using PID principle.
