Laboratory inspection using the coagulometer has provided the very valuable target in the hemorrhagic and the thrombus disease diagnosis, the treatment monitor and the curative effect observation of dissolving thrombus as well as prevents clotting. Along with science and technology development and foundation medical research progress, people's understanding of thrombus and hemostasis are more and more profound, the request of examine methods are also more and more high, one of the remarkable characteristics of which is the rapid development of coagulometer and its widespread using in the examine of thrombus and hemostasis.On the basis of analyzing, summarizing the traditional examination principle and method, this topic studies the basic principle and the method of multiplicate testing ways using double beams of light heterometry method. Take the red light(or blue light) as the constant photosource, the light beam go through the cuvette which filled with plasma, the light's transmission and scattering is occurred, on the other side of the cuvette there is a silicon photronic generator which to receive the luminous intensity signals. Under the constant temperature environment of 37 degree, put the coagulant into the blood plasma, to guarantee the coagulant and the plasma mixed well-proportioned, make the stick in the cuvette rotate in certain time. Because of the physics and chemistry reaction, the plasma is congealed, so the luminous intensity changes, The silicon photoelectric generator transforms the luminous intensity signals to the electrical signals, after acquiring the electrical signal, the entire process of congeals may be demonstrated. After the data processing and calculation, the request information is acquired.To improve the accuracy, the reliability and the stability of the system, this thesis has designed and improved the machine part and the hardware of the system according to the examination principle.To make the operation convenient, quickly, and with the intelligence, this thesis also designed and improved the system operation software based on the LabVIEW development platforms servers, optimized the parameter algorithm design, enhanced the precision and the reliability of the data processing. The signal acquisition card and the signal input output of the system are introduced. This thesis has also completed many effective experiments in the research and the improvement process.Compared with the traditional single light beam system, the double beams of light (660nm wave length red light and 405nm blue light) system has many merits, such as not destroying the fiber, not being influenced by the natural light interference, can catch the slight change of the congealed process, high precision, good accuracy, majority of the examination projects can be carried on, and so on. This examination system will improve the research of the blood examination, and promote the medicine examination technology in our country. |
