| Jet pump is the a kind of fluid machinery and reaction equipment by use of liquid jet turbulence diffusion effect to deliver energy and quality. Which been widely used in water conservancy, metallurgy, electric power, petroleum, chemical industry, transportation, and other important areas of the national economy. With huge development of the air dynamics and fluid mechanics, promotion of the jet pump technology applications and research work made a big progress. Jet pump because of its simple structure, reliable working performance, simple processing technology of received widespread attention, especially in the special working environment like high temperature, high pressure, vacuum and downhole sure to the superior performance, make it in the social production, especially in the oil recovery engineering puts more and more shows its significant role.In this paper, under the deep well condition the jet pump theory and design method are systematic studied, the main work are:1. Research on deep well jet pump theory:derive out the jet pump’s basic equation, and the optimal efficiency equation of jet pump by extreme value theory. Solve jet pump optimal solution by iteration method in MATLAB, and finally get jet pump optimum method for calculating the parameters under deep well condition.2. Design method:through the conventional design method and new deep well design method, design the structure parameters and performance parameters of jet pump by the basic equation and optimal efficiency equation.3. Numerical simulation:the numerical calculation of performance for the conventional design scheme and the new design, comparative analysis simulation curve with theoretical curve. Simulating multiple nozzle jet pump, elliptical nozzle jet pump and other special jet pump under deep well condition to determine the most suitable jet pump type for deep well condition. Optimize the area ratio, length of throat, throat mouth distance and the diffusion Angle.4. Software development:VB.NET and MATLAB mixed programming is realized by the COM component technology. According to the theory of the deep well jet pump and its basic features, deep well oil jet pump design software is developed. |
