Vertical deep well pumps are widely used in industry,mining,town,oil field,power station and farmland irrigation.Conventional deep-well pump structure is mostly vertical long-axis,because the head is less than tens of meters,more than hundreds of meters,the impeller is mostly centrifugal impeller,according to the impeller series is divided into single-stage and multi-stage.The energy efficiency level of pumping units used in power stations,water plants and irrigation pumping stations built in the last century no longer meets the increasingly stringent environmental protection requirements,and most of them need to be upgraded.The efficiency of most deep well pumps is below 80%.The revamping project of irrigation pumping station of Ecuador's San Alena Water Conservancy Project has put forward a requirement of 86% for the efficiency of L-type deep well pumps.Aiming at the shortcoming of low efficiency of deep well pumps,this paper predicts the hydraulic performance under different blade number combinations and impeller outer diameter by numerical simulation,checks the strength by combining theoretical calculation and computer-aided calculation,produces high efficiency deep well pumps,and verifies their hydraulic characteristics by performance tests.The research results obtained have important engineering application value.The main results are as follows:1)CFD technology is used to analyze the flow in the runner,analyze the performance of different hydraulic models,predict the impeller diameter,and analyze the lift and efficiency under different blade numbers.Finally,the number of blades and impeller diameter are determined,and a new double suction impeller structure is designed and manufactured.Finally,the project's performance is achieved.2)The structural characteristics of important parts such as influent filter,influent horn,nozzle and base are analyzed,and the schemes are compared and optimized.Through structural design calculation and verification,the motor power and shafting strength of the pump are calculated,and the elastic torsion analysis of the whole shafting of the pump and motor is carried out,which theoretically verifies the rationality,safety and reliability of the pump structure design.After the drawing of the main parts is modeled,the natural frequency of the pump is analyzed by CAE technology,and the strength of the unit is calculated.3)Conduct unit performance test,analyze the test results,and the reasons for the difference between efficiency and theoretical calculation was discussed,finally,the hydraulic performance of the product was verified.4)Formed a complete set of new hydraulic model development process,which has an effective basis for the follow-up development and research of similar project.
