Aircraft wing surface processing region is wide, hole makingheavy task, rely on hand-made hole efficiency is low, and the machining accuracy is difficult to guarantee, the costs of the special tool will be very expensive. Under this background, this paper puts forward a set of robot drillingsystem based on air cushion transport, the movable wingsurface is divided into 14 working areas, rely on air cushion transport, respectively, for processing tasks. The research contents of this paper are as follows:The first chapter mainly elaborates the research background and significance, summarizes the developmentstatus of automatic system for aircraft assembly holesystem at home and abroad, based on air cushion transport technology and expounds the application oftechnology in aircraft in assembly, puts forward the research contents of this thesis.The second chapter mainly elaborates the working principle of air cushion vehicle, and puts forward the key technology of air cushion transport; combined with the needs of the project, put forward the requirements of air cushion vehicledesign technology, and give the detailed design scheme ofair cushion vehicle platform.The third chapter firstly introduce air transport activitieswing drill hole area based on the function and systemrequirements; and then introduces the key hole equipmentcomponents, including air cushion vehicle mobile platform,an industrial robot and a knife library, and emphaticallyintroduces the control system of the two aspects of the end effector of the hardware and software composition, and puts forward the drilling process control process, the last of the several key technologies of hole preparation process to carry on the research analysis.The fourth chapter mainly introduces the automationsystem of surface hole system software part of the movable wing, according to different function modules and thedifferent process, the software interface and operationprocess were introduced in detail.The fifth chapter mainly on carbon fiber composite material,cutting tool,5.1mm,4.1mm respectively by 5.88mm and7.88mm four specifications for processing test, at the same time the tool wear test. Conclusion:when the spindle speed 10000rpm, feed rate 200mm/min, the drilling quality is good, no obvious delamination defect, surface roughnessRa is less than 3.2, can satisfy the higher accuracyrequirements; by using hard alloy drill machining, tool wearis relatively slow, can be processed 120-150 holes.The sixth chapter carries on the summary tothe full text, and further research direction was prospected.
