With the advantages of high efficiency, low loss and stable operation, AC PMSM has been widely used in many areas such as aerospace, CNC machine tools and auto manufacturing and so on. With the development of the microelectronics technology and the introduction of advanced control strategies, PMSM has very good opportunities to develop. Meanwhile, more and more Scholars pay much attentions on PMSM and the motor-related research topics.This article mainly introduces the development of PMSM, research background and meaning, and so on. Next, we will analyze the following introduction:Firstly, this paper introduces the structure of the permanent magnet synchronous motor and the mathematical model of PMSM. And then, we introduce vector conversion in detail, as well as the principle of coordinate transformation. We choose the control strategy of 0di ? and introduce the working tenets of model called SVPWM in detail.Secondly, this paper deduces the structure of the current loop, speed loop and position loop in MATLAB platform. We choose traditional PI in current loop and integral sliding mode control based on linear variable gain law in speed loop and position loop.Thirdly, this paper designs the hardware environment of this system, including control modules, main circuit, DSP peripheral interface circuit and drive circuit.At last, the paper introduces the environment of the software in the system, and designs the flow diagram based on the different modules.
