| The SMT processing of aviation power controller products has many characteristics,such as many varieties, small batch, high quality requirements and the characteristics of high density and diversified components. At the same time, task node requirements is more strict than civilian products.This paper focus on the actual scientific research of military electronic products, combined with the author’s practical work experience, focusing on the mout process of SMT, this paper includes three aspects of research: one is the analysis on the SMT machine equipment type selection, compared the characteristics and the performance of MYDATA and EUROPLACER, and the ability of fitting the needs of the production environment, and ultimately determine the optimal equipment for 614 institute;Second, in military SMT production environment research implementation method and optimization method of mout process, analyzes the principles of mout optimization and factors that influence efficiency of SMT and optimization approach, and verify the optimization by making use of the existing optimization algorithm; Third is the research and application of mount data statistics and view,analyzes the principles of SMT data statistics and introduces the method and process of data query, This article summary the scientific research and application of integrated placement machine in military industry. |
