With the rapid development of the electronic industry, the electronic products have the trend of becoming smaller, lighter and handier. And the packages of the electronic components are also become smaller and diversiform. All these changes increased the demand of high-speed and high-precision mounting machine. The precision of the mechanical system is the precondition to the precision of the whole system. There are two main tasks: static analysis and modal analysis.The subject uses Virtual prototype. In ADAMS, uses physics information and geometry information of each component which supplied from CAD system. Then define the connect relation of component in computer, and assemble the mechanic system that can get the virtual model machine of mechanic system. Make the simulation in ADAMS to verify the model.A three-dimensional finite element of the main parts of the mounter have been established which based on accuracy model to made an analysis of static force of and display the stress and displacement distribution in three dimension;Made a modal analysis of the main parts of the mounter with FEM and get their inherent frequencies and mode shapes. The result shows that, the mounter can fairly fit its strength, the body of the mounter must be improved in the dynamic characteristics. The result can be applied for the theoretical basement in the structural optimal design and dynamic modification.The base of mounter is an important component thus its dynamic capability will directly influence the accuracy of the machining. In this thesis, First, the FEM model of the base is setup with its dynamic analysis to find the weak points. Then, through the analysis result for the anti-vibration, the inner structure of the bed is improved. According to the analysis based on the scheme, the dynamic capability of the base is improved a lot.
