Research On The Improvement Of Civil Aviation Air Traffic Management System Quality Management System

In recent year, Air flights delay become to an important social problem in china. The solution of Air traffic control Delay is to improve the quality management system of ATMB of CAAC, and the result is to increase of efficiency. The air flights delay problem was made to be the clue of the dissertation. The dissertation analysis and research the quality management system of Yunnan sub-bureau of ATMB, CAAC. The dissertation based on the quality management theories and methodology in terms of the improvement the quality management system of ATMB. The major research results include the followings.Firstly, the research of air flights delay. The dissertation expounds the flights on schedule rates tendency in recent year in China and the flights delay management tactics of Euro Control & FAA. The dissertation analysis and research the reason of flights delay. Through the problem which find from the quality system of Yunnan ATMB, the dissertation propose to reform the quality management system and the objective to find the way to solve the flights delay.Secondly, research of customer satisfaction and quality objective. The dissertation analysis the customer definition and customer satisfaction of Yunnan ATMB, propose to add the traveler by airplane to the customer definition. The dissertation discusses the quality objective improvement which is based on customer satisfaction by AHP&QFD.Thirdly, research the problem of quality control of Yunnan ATMB. The dissertation discuss the application of the key process control and project management and quality control chart in quality control of Yunnan ATMB. By actual application, solution was obtained.Fourth, research the problem of quality assurance of Yunnan ATMB. The dissertation researches the improvement of quality auditing, and discusses the performance appraisal index method based on quality objective. By actual application, solution was obtained.Fifth, research the problem of quality improvement of Yunnan ATMB. The dissertation expounds the theory of PDCA, researches the application of PDCA in quality improvement. The dissertation expounds the solution of the problem which is reformed from the scope and the way of improvement.
