Research On The Spirit Construction Of Chengdu Cultural And Creative Industry Park

With the world economic structure adjustment pace gradually accelerate, our first and second developed cities began focus on the development of modern service industry, in order to change the mode of economic growth.Deep analyzing the existing cultural and creative industrial park of Chengdu City, combine the macro theory and micro practice to find the design strategy of the cultural and creative industrial park. Deliver the guiding principles and recommendations of cultural and creative industrial park.This report is divided into five sections:the first chapter introduces the background, purpose, significance and the content of the research topic. Elaborate both native and oversees countries’relative situation research, the theory used and the technical route. The second chapter is the summary of the related concept of the place spirit and the cultural and creative industrial park. Research Institute need to use the city design and psychology explanation of theory; the third chapter delivered a basic research of the Chengdu City cultural and creative industrial park. It mainly defines the classification of different context into the Cultural Creative Industry Park, analyzes the successful existing case of the place spirit, also summarized the characteristic elements which associated with the cultural and Creative Industries Park, and discusses the future trend development of cultural and creative industry park development of cultural and creative industry park; The fourth chapter defines the relationship between Chengdu’s cultural and creative industry park place spirit and the cultural and creative industry park. In order to cut into the case, analyzed including public space, landscape design, location context for Chengdu three existing mature cultural creativity, by taking pictures, draw maps to find out the reasons of how the existing parks established.; The fifth chapter is the conclusion part which aiming at the current situation of cultural and Creative Industries Park of Chengdu. Provide the design principles, design elements and summarized how to design the different atmosphere cultural and creative industry park.Based on the depth profiling of theory and the successful cases, i drawed a flow chart describing how to form place spirit. And i put forward suggestions about how to form the atmosphere about nostalgia, calm, literature and modern. I Summarized the place spirit of the construction which needs to adhere to the five principles, including "people-oriented, adhere to the ecological sustainable, reserved site feature, respect history, the continuation of local culture. Finally, based on the design of the place spirit,i sum up four points, namely "location is reasonable, scientific planning, regional culture, handle detail node".
