With the rapid growth of container port throughput and the development of large-scale container ships, the operating time of container vessels is more and more. How to achieve a reasonable quay crane loading and unloading sequence and container trucks’path has been a theoretical and practical hot issue. In order to improve the efficiency of the whole operation of container terminal and competition of container terminals enterprises, this paper develops simultaneous hatches operations, based on traditional operational model and synchronized loading and unloading method in the same ship-bay, and makes the number of synchronous handling operation container maximized by optimizing, and improves the operational efficiency of container trucks by scheduling dynamically. The main objective of this paper is to research a new loading and unloading process and the application of this in dynamically scheduling container trucks at the background of large-scale container ship handling operation.Furthermore, the operation model based on dual-cycling is of more usefulness for quay crane and container truck full loading, and of more improvement for operation rate in container enterprises, enhancing the competition of container terminals.Firstly, the function and layout of container terminal and the container terminal facilities are introduced, analyzing the problem of handling operation, and the impact of "key adjacent hold" is put forward, then the impact on container truck path which is from handling operation process is studied by describing the traffic routes of terminal. This paper focuses on the impact on container terminal from large container vessels, and gets further discussion of the solution from Container terminal handling operation.Secondly, optimal solution of loading and unloading sequences-different ship-bays synchronized loading and unloading operation is taken out, by introducing the traditional operation model and simultaneous bays operations and analyzing these models, in order to dig up the potential efficiency of port loading and unloading and solve the problem of ship decks. Furthermore, validity of optimal solution of loading and unloading is demonstrated by calculating the number of containers in each operation model and synchronous handling operation and comparing the efficiency of each model.Thirdly, this paper puts forward the links between wireless network technology and data terminal, evaluating by using the fuzzy set membership function on model algorithm, in order to schedule the container trucks in container terminal dynamically, and this is container trucks’dynamical schedule of different ship-bays synchronized loading and unloading operation.Finally, the traffic organization of the integrated scheduling method of synchronized loading and unloading operations is taken into consideration, focusing on System analysis of Single ship bay synchronous handling operation at the use of Matlab.
