| With the rapid development of world economic globalization,the throughput of container terminals is increasing,and the time of ships in the port is getting longer and longer.In order to improve the efficiency of container terminals,the realization of automation of container terminals has become an inevitable trend in the development of port-related enterprises..The reasonable configuration and scheduling of the loading and unloading equipment of the automated container terminal plays a vital role in improving the efficiency of the loading and unloading operation of the terminal,and reduce the berthing time of ships,and reduce the cost of the terminal operation.This article first analyzes the development status of automated container terminals,the advantages of automated container terminals,loading and unloading technology,loading and unloading processes,and the scheduling of automated container terminal loading and unloading equipment.The automated container terminal loading and unloading equipment has been optimized for scheduling.Then,according to the terminal loading and unloading operation process,the article also considers the operating time constraints of the main trolley and gantry trolley of the double-trolley quay crane,as well as the capacity constraints of the yard temporary storage area,and establishes the goal of minimizing completion time of loading and unloading operations.A mixed integer programming model for the integrated scheduling of terminal handling equipment under the mixed operation mode of loading and unloading.Next,genetic algorithm and particle swarm algorithm are used to solve the model,and the effectiveness of the optimization model and the algorithm is verified through the analysis of examples.The analysis result of the calculation example shows that in the process of solving the model,the solution quality of the genetic algorithm is better than that of the particle swarm algorithm.Based on the calculation results of the genetic algorithm,when the ratio of the dual trolley quay crane,AGV,and ARMG in the terminal loading and unloading equipment is 1:4:2,it is the best.Finally,when the number of loading and unloading equipment in the terminal is the best configuration,this paper respectively gives the optimal scheduling schemes for the dock double trolley quay crane,AGV,ARMG and container tasks. |
