Cosmeticis a kind of fashionable consumer good, whose main consumer groups are women.Their large demand for cosmetic promotesВ the development of the cosmeticsВ market.As a result, more and more importance has been attatched to the packaging design of cosmetics,one of the ways in which a competitive edge can be gained. FemaleВ cosmeticsВ packaging desi gn should not only meets the basic functional requirements, but also satisfies their spiritual needs and coincidesВ with the aesthetic characteristics as well.However, the packaging design of cosm eticsВ at the market only paysВ attention to the form of the surfaceп??which does not departВ fr om the perspective of womenВ and lacks aesthetic characteristics.Firstly, a comprehensive understanding of female aesthetic psychology will be achieved by data collection. A systematic analysis of the difference of male and female aesthetic psychology from the physiological structure and the factors that affect female aesthetic psychology will be carried out.Secondly, the precise positioning of the development and style of female cosmetics packaging will be proceeded through the investigation of female cosmetics packaging market.Thirdly, the influence of female aesthetic psychology on cosmetics packaging design will be elaborated from the aspects of material, container shape and visual factors.Finally,the development trend of future female cosmetics packaging design will be clarified from the angle of aesthetic psychology of the female. The emphasis of this paper is how to apply the female aesthetic psychology to the materials, shapes, texts, graphics and colors of cosmetics packaging.
