Human make-up history can be traced back to ancient Egypt, even when the aim is not entirely to dress up. In the long process of human history, people have never stopped infatuating with beauty. After several endangering human existence world war and a lot of economic crisis, the development of cosmetic industry has never stopped. As the main consumer groups in the cosmetics market, females have more and more powerful purchasing power. As they have several consuming mentalities, those unique ones make them not only consumers, but also the sellers. As a result, their purchasing behaviors often infect people around. Delicacy of feeling of female determined the basic requirements of appearance and intrinsic quality. Packaging designs of cosmetics is one of critical factors which could influence purchasing behaviors. Aesthetic requirements vary delicately in female of different ages. Take full advantage of female’s consumption psychology is the key of the development of cosmetics market economy. This article will be based on the infections of female’s consumption psychology of different ages for the sake of expanding the prosperity of the market and add vitality to the present economics domain.
