Research On Key Technology Of LED Dimming Based On ZigBee Intelligent Lighting

With the improvement of the people’s material life and the rapid development of Internet technology, smart home brought us new experience and needs. At the same time, The characteristics of green low carbon environmental protection of RGB LED lamps and lanterns has already been attentioned by all of us gradually; howewer,the switch type use of RGB LED lamps and lanterns are mostly traditional control mode, without a huge amounts of data storage devices terminal, data for the subsequent development and use has caused difficulties. The traditional lighting system is already can’t satisfy people’s growing life and quality needs. Against this background, the "network, intelligent, energy-saving" of RGB LED intelligent lighting system,has bright us a blueprint and broad space for development.This paper presents an intelligent lighting system control strategy based on Zigbee, it has mainly studied for the key technology of intelligent lighting of LED lamps and lanterns of adjustable light and color. And Zigbee wireless sensor network technology could collect the scene of LED lighting environment parameters in real time,combined with network topological structure of 2007 Zigbee protocol stack, after judging by CC2530 chip, it can realize intelligent dimmer, color temperature, scene mode, etc. Based on this,I have put forward three kinds of dimmer,it has designed integrated constant current drive with PWM adjustable drive detailed; Silicon controlled dimmer drives and simple dimming driver. Through calculated of circuit parameter, and it verified the effectiveness of the LED drive circuit through the test. The main works of this paper include the following.1、Based on the realization of PWM intelligent light in this paper,we had used the advantages of the ZigBee wireless sensor network to communication with multi point cooperative,it will achieved remote control with efficient and intelligent.2、Paper have designed the LED intelligent dimming driver based on APFC technology, The driver’s power factor are more than 90%,and the drive effect is good, energy conservation and environmental protection.3、We used of R, G, B, W color beads to going mixed light experimental study, and it throughed the optimization design of the Fmincon function of Matlab software, We got mixed light group of RGBW LED with 0-100% adjustable through software simulation.4、This paper designed four kinds of intelligent control methods, they are the timing control, scene control, detection and control activities in the region and brightness control, it not only improved the quality of life, but also achieved the effect of energy saving and environmental protection.
