In this paper, a nonlinear finite element method of structural dynamic response of the base bleed projectile with testing device were studied, the dynamic response of the mechanism of the projectile under the impact of projectile-barrel coupling is revealed and the overload test and simulation were carried out for the typical structures on projectile.These studies provided a frame of reference to the layout and overload design of missile borne device.The structure, the performance parameters and the inner bore force state of base bleed projectile were analyzed, introduced the structure and the working principle of onboard test equipment, discussed the movement characteristics of different periods in the bore of the base bleed projectile.The establishment process of the projectile-barrel Coupling model with barrel with rifling and bearing test device on missile was described in detail in this paper. The boundary conditions, the loads and the transmitting of predefined fields were also introduced at length. We studied the influence of the gravitational field of rifled tube to the movement characteristic of base bleed projectile in the chamber.And the paper discussed the effects of the overload of projectile centroid by the different friction coefficient. Then we verified that the base bleed projectile stress security when the pressure in the chamber was the maximum. Comparing the axial and circumferential accelerations of the base bleed projectile, obtained the overload response characteristics of different locations. At last, according to the simulation and test results, the phenomenon of overload response is not consistent, designed experiment to get the acceleration response law of the different locations of composite structure.The above research content provided a reference for further studying on the dynamic response mechanism of projectile in bore, the layout and anti-overload design of key parts such as the missile borne test equipment.
