The in bore movement of projectile is a main research content of weapon launch process,the stability and consistency of in bore movement is also have important influences in weapon's technical performance.The research on movement performance in different barrel working condition is important to analysis the movement consistency of projectile,evaluate the weapon effectiveness and service life.In this treatise create projectile-barrel coupling model of small caliber automatic gun,mathematical description of the model using the finite element method,By establishing a mathematical model based on large deformation collision-contact constraints,analyze and calculate the internal motion of the projectile under different conditions and study the movement disturbance and recovery during projectile's movement.(1)According to the projectile motion characteristics of the projectile inner bore,a displacement-based calculation model of large deformation continuous medium point units is established,and the contact-collision constraint relationship between objects containing friction is established,the movement characteristics and disturbance of the projectile are studied,and the model verification is completed.(2)In this treatise the numerical calculation method of impact dynamics based on the finite element method is studied.The display dynamic algorithm is used to analyze and calculate the movement process of the projectile.The mesh quality,calculation method and calculation cost of the projectile are optimized.Under the condition of accuracy,the calculation cost is reduced as much as possible,and the calculation efficiency is improved.(3)Using the,the motion characteristics of the projectile were analyzed for the complete barrel,the bore-wearing barrel,the guide-side wearied barrel,the plating-off barrel and the ablation groove barrel.The motion disturbance and recovery of the projectile under different damage conditions,and the motion state of the projectile bore under different damage conditions were studied.
