Research On Special Vehicle For Oil Supply

In order to speed up the reaction of our flame army in the case of combat while marching, this article makes a research about the special supplying vehicle taking place the traditional manual mode. The special vehicle which supplies fuels for the flame army is a kind of special equipment to fill in gaps of our army in supplying fuels for the firebat rapidly and uninterruptedly.In the past, the mode of the fuel supply is backward. We used to set up a supply station far away from the battlefield, then we hire someone to transport. Unfortunately, our armies almost still use this mode today. The fabrication and the load of the flame fuel rely on the manpower seriously, and the security of the civil truck doesn’t satisfy the battle. With the rapid development of mechanization and informatization of our armies, the efficiency of this mode can’t meet requirements of the modern warfare. It is important and urgent to create a new supply mode and design a new equipment.Based on the characteristics of the fuel supply, this article makes a comparative analysis of the special supplying vehicle and proposes an overall design project. Under the guidance of the project, there are some absolutely necessary steps. Firstly, the author chooses the type of the vehicle with the requirement of the armies. Then the author draws two-dimensional drawing to develop and design the security device of the fuel and the install skill of the vehicle. Next, the author calculates the intensity of the key position designs the oil port and constructs, analysis and calculates the simulation model. Finally, the author builds a prototype and tests the relevant parameter and the vehicle performance.
