In this paper, vehicle-mounted rapid mortar was studied, and ergonomics theory and virtual prototype technology were used, the hand wheel of elevating and traversing mechanism and ammunition loading process were analyzed in ergonomics, driving comfort of vehicle-mounted rapid mortar was analyzed. The main research content is as follows:1、Design requirements, design philosophy, manipulating resistance of manual operating device were studied. For operation of the operation surface height when sitting, knees hold range, horizontal, vertical and sitting space operation range were analyzed.2、By using three-dimensional software Pro/E, the three-dimensional optimization model of vehicle-mounted rapid mortar was built and was introduced into JACK software. By using JACK software, the body model of Chinese adult male human were created. By using human factors analysis tools of JACK software, the human body up field, working posture, the body force and rapid upper limb were analyzed, the ergonomic assessment of elevating and traversing mechanism of vehicle-mounted rapid mortar was carried out. The effects of height、rotation frequency and positive and reverse rotation on the gunner operating were discussed.3、Modeling the process of loading, accessible domains of loading process was analyzed. Work posture of loading shells was studied, analysis the influence of loader’s work posture on operation, and put forward improvement suggests to the unreasonable place. Specific analysis of static strength and handling stress in the process of loading, loading security and labor intensity were analyzed. The man-machine function allocation problem of vehicle-mounted rapid mortar was analyzed, the man-machine environment of loading process was improved.4、In the process of moving, under different road conditions and different speeds for the influence of occupant comfort for vehicle-mounted rapid mortar was studied.Vehicle entity model was established by using ADAMS software, and by using MATLAB software to establish the class B random road, selected the total weighted acceleration root mean square value as an evaluation standard of the human body comfort. Driving comfort analysis was carried out at different speeds.
