The thesis adopted numerical simulation and experimental testing to study the load effects of a gas jet impingement on launch box when launching a rocket weapon system.The thesis researched the generation techniques of structured or unstructured grid in ICEM CFD,sliding grid and functions related to user-defined functions in FLUENT. Moreover, the paper applied them to the dynamic mesh model in rocket launching process to reach the technical requirements about dynamic mesh that the model in the emission process should be axisymmetric.The axisymmetric model in launching process was established to study the impact of grid size,gas viscosity,turbulence model when calculating the gas jet impingement loads.Through the above conclusion,We could select appropriate parameters to analyze the variation in the flow field and the load effects on emission devices.The thesis set up a three-dimensional flow model about a launch box effected by a gas jet impingement to study the changes in the flow field and analyze the pressure on launch boxes and the resistance coefficient characteristics,obtaining the law of gas jet impingement in three-dimensional flow.Finally,by studying the experimental test,analyzing the experimental test data,comparing the experimental data and simulation results,we could get important conclusion.The research above and related summaries not only provided technical support for structural design of the launch device,but also gave an important value to the study of computational and experimental testing of the rocket gas jet.
