This paper deals with a New structure truck scale, which is Changzhou Mettler Toledo company for upgrading existing products of the company,to meet the demand of the market, in the existing standard modular truck scale which is developed on the basis of a structure and superior performance, reduce the cost. In market orientation and performance goal is determined, the integrated application of Inventor 3D modeling technology, material mechanics and finite element analysis technology, designed the new structure truck scale,and carries on the structure optimization design which based on this, and check the optimized structure, obtained the expected optimization goal, made a positive contribution to the development of this product. This thesis emphatically studied for improving the product structure strength and reduce the cost of the scheme design, structure stress analysis and optimization design as a whole. By using CAD and Inventor, completed the 3D modeling, structure stress analysis, stiffness and strength calculation, and make physical fatigue test, and the reliability of the key components for the product development and design to provide a theoretical basis. Improve the product quality and design technology, cost reduction, standardization of product design and analysis process,improve production efficiency and market competitiveness. Compared with the original structure, designed to improve the structure after a 25% reduction of steel weight, physical test results also validate the design optimization of the results.This research work papers for the same type weighing platform structure design has a certain guiding significance.
