Indoor air distribution plays an important role in the health and comfort conditions of the staff in the office. Traditional commercial building air conditioning system has been unable to meet the different requirements of temperature and ventilation for different users, and once after installation is fixed, the system is not convenient to change the outlet location according to the researchers need. Underfloor air distribution air conditioning system as a new form of air conditioning system had been widely used for its various advantages, such as good air quality, energy conservation value and economic potential, flexible adjustment method and so on. While using underfloor air distribution system (UFAD), partial adjustment and personalized control can be realized according to individual needs.Underfloor air distribution air conditioning system with good applicability in hot-summer and cold-winter zone, in order to study the impact of the indoor environment in office building under underfloor air distribution in Nanjing, here established a physical and mathematical modelsusing Fluent software, studies the speed, the temperature, mean age of air, and the thermal comfort of personnel issues. Through the numerical simulation study of indoor environment under underfloor air distribution in office room, results show that underfloor air distribution which provide air supply to compliance with traditions ventilation can have better air quality in the office zone.under the same conditions, the paper also established a physical and mathematical modelsusing Fluent software to the ring trade project of nanjing, the simulation study on the floor air distribution air conditioning system, the research on indoor velocity distribution, temperature distribution indoor air age distribution and thermal comfort conditions under different air supply temperature. Simulation results show that the room temperature is 26 ℃, the air temperature is 18 ℃, good thermal stratification, thermal comfort moderate person, the best conditions for running Floor Air Conditioning System. Simulation results of this study may provide a basis and design reference in the application underfloor air distribution.
