Now the liquid desiccant air conditioning system using low grade heat source to refrigerate can meet the requirements of comfort, but energy saving effect is not ideal.Based on the existing system to further improve the energy saving performance of device, method of achieving this goal is designed to improve the existing system.Based on the internship company of wet heat recovery solution type air heat pump unit, first of all, the essay discusses the schematic diagram of fresh air units, introduces the main experimental equipment and its performance parameters, and the results of the experiment test are analyzed.Then, through the control variable method for solution after the solution heat exchanger in the system for liquid desiccant air conditioning system to study the influence of refrigeration capacity, the influence of refrigeration capacity calculation including the consumption of additional load of heat pump heat recovery solution dehumidification unit and the percentage that additional load accounts for evaporator load.Then, through calculating the heat pump heat recovery type solution wet fresh air unit for an additional load and the evaporator load, we find the problem that the former is in high proportion of the latter. To solve the problem, the team put forward a new type of liquid desiccant air conditioning system which is called regenerative precooling solution wet air conditioning unit and then the consumption of additional load and the new system the ratio of the consumption of additional load of evaporator load are theoretically calculated.This article will also theoretically analyses and comparatively study wet heat recovery solution type air heat pump unit and regenerative precooling solution wet fresh air unit and the concentration difference of percentage is less than the effect of temperature difference is to be found.The conclusion at the end of the paper is as follows:(1) high concentration and low temperature of the evaporator load effect is good; (2) under the condition of the same concentration difference and temperature difference, the precooling temperature change the greater, then the additional load will become smaller; (3) the new air conditioning system to a certain extent reduce the percentage of the additional load of evaporator load, so the new type of air conditioning system is energy saving than the original air conditioning system, the new air conditioning system is theoretically solved problem that the solution after solution heat exchanger increase extra load of evaporator load proportion. |
