The data center has the problems of high energy consumption and large proportion of cooling system energy consumption,but at the same time,the cooling system energy-saving potential of the data center is also very huge.At present,the existing energy-saving way of cooling system is to improve the utilization rate of natural cooling source and the refrigeration efficiency of the main engine.This paper starts with the above two energy-saving ways,through literature research,and finally puts forward that large temperature difference and high temperature cooling technology are the effective measures to realize the above two energy-saving ways,in which the large temperature difference technology is to increase the temperature difference between the water supply and return water at the side of the water system,and reduce the energy consumption of the water pump by increasing the water temperature difference;the high temperature cooling technology is to increase the water supply temperature at the side of the water system,and the return water temperature will increase In the end,they can reduce the energy consumption of chiller and increase the utilization time of natural cooling source.However,the research found that the premise of the effective use of this technology is the need to adapt to the precision air-conditioning terminal;among them,the existing data center air-conditioning terminal heat exchanger is designed according to the 5℃ supply and return water temperature difference,the conventional heat exchanger is not suitable for the large temperature difference,so we need to develop a new type of heat exchanger suitable for the large temperature difference and high temperature cooling technology.In this paper,the average temperature difference method is used to optimize the design of heat exchanger according to the design principle and required design type,and finally determine the volume size and parameter specifications of three kinds of heat exchanger.Based on the above conclusion,the heat transfer performance and cooling effect of each heat exchanger are tested.The effect of heating power and water temperature difference on the cooling effect of the data center was studied experimentally,and the heat transfer performance of the heat exchanger was compared.Finally,through an engineering example,the energy consumption and economy of the data center adopting the above technology are analyzed.The conclusion is as follows:(1)The tube wing heat exchanger designed by the experiment is applicable to each power server,and the section heat exchanger is suitable for medium and high time server,and the micro channel heat exchanger is suitable for low power server.Each heat exchanger can be cooled by the temperature temperature and temperature cooling technology.(2)Compared with the conventional air-conditioning system,the optimal cooling water supply and return temperature of the large temperature difference high temperature cooling system is 15/25℃,and the energy consumption calculation is carried out under this working condition.Finally,compared with the conventional 7/12℃,the annual operation electricity cost can be saved by 1.0652 million yuan and the annual saving rate can reach 34.35%.
