Some researches on launching response dynamic of canister-lanunched missile system were done in the dissertation with intent to improve safety in the process of the missile out of container and reduce the initial disturbance of the missile when leaving away from container.In tern of the physical characteristics of canister-lanunched missile launcher, the model of launch dynamic was investigated for missiles by nonlinear dynamics.The missile launching system dynamical model of system was established through the Virtual Prototype(VP) technology in the method of structural dynamics, dynamical model includs launch device, turret, turret base, missile, hydro-cylinder, beams, landing legs and so on.The mathematic models of canister-lanunched missile launcher was established, the equations of motion of left missile was analyzed in the launch period. Dynamical simulation was run after the establishment of launch dynamics model for the canister-lanunched missile launcher through the VP technology. The effect of the two different initial angles on the motion characteristics of launch device and missiles was studied. The results of the change of missiles and launch container motion attitude were acquired, some useful conclusions were obtained through comparision of the pros and cons of the two conditions. The larger initial angle can reduce the missile launch initial disturbance, reduce the vibration response of transmission system, and improve safety in the process of the missile out of the container.On the base of launch dynamics model for the canister-lanunched missile launcher, the effect of all deviations and wind load on the state of missile motion in the launch process was considered. The sensitivity of all deviations to the missile subsidence and sidesway was analyzed, the impact of all deviations on the clearance between missile and container in the launch process was discussed, the influence of combination of deviations to the dynamic response of misssle was studied, the impact of time interval on the right missile launch during the bursts of missiles was thought. Results of simulation was processed by comparison chart and list. Result showed that the centroid position,thrust misalignment and wind load were the most sensitive factors to cause of the change of missiles motion attitude and had an obvious effence on the clearance between missile and container, choosing an appropriate time interval could improve efficiency and safety in the process of the missile out of container.
