So the article is based on DSP and CCD, research and design the detection system and information processing system of direct reading spectrometer, realize the lightweight, miniaturization. The promotion of spectrometer technology, expanding the scope of the spectrometer using have important significance.The paper analyzes and researches atomic spectrum theory and diffraction theory, calculates the characteristic spectrum of several element, uses concave grating as dispersion system. Based on DSP and CCD set up the spectrometer system, Using the high voltage spark light source and argon gas flushing device to improve the accuracy of experimental results.Using CCS to program the software for transmit data and process data based on DSP, realize the DSP fast reading spectral data in FPGA in EMIF interface, the results shows that transmission of data is high-speed and effective; Design the task function of reduction spectral image noise and identify the concentration and property of elements in different spectral image; Design network interface of the DSP and the upper machine, the results show that the network flow and reliable.In-depth study the characteristics of the element spectral line, according to the characteristics spectral line position of different element take several pictures. Carefully explored the problem of unstable and uneven in inspire process and the influence on the result.
