Missile needs to be in the process of development and production performance parameters of the test. Establishing the rack mechanism simulation missiles a flight in the air in the laboratory is needed to test missile seeker’s ability to capture the target performance parameters. So we need to design machine to rack the missile which could elastic axis rotate 0-90° and continuous adjustable and Vertical circles warhead 0 to 15°.There need a thruster behind the missile to shock the missile to simulation of the missile pursued goal flight status. So we need to design a thruster and installation pedestal to make sure that propeller thrust direction always stay on the axis of the missile. The rack and the thrust should meet the function and ensure the strength in view of the above requirements.The rack missile design take the trajectory design method. Establishing 3D model to do the motion simulation. First we should ensure the space of whole body layout to make sure agencies won’t interfere with each other. Then determine the layout of the parts.The overall design of module is divided into three subsystems:horizontal deflection mechanism; vertical deflection mechanism; thruster installation. Determine the working principle and Power supply of each agency. To ensure that meet the design requirements both economyElaborating every agency include part appearance,processing method and connection methods. Solving the movement characteristics of horizontal deflection mechanism to provide theoretical basis for the control of the motor. To calculate the torque to choose suitable motor. To ensure that each organization can realize the function of reservation.Missile deflection mounts by gravity in the rotation. First we use ADAMS simulating movement level agencies and calculating the contact force of all the nodes in the motion state. Then use Matlab to fit function. At last calculating the deformation of the key parts through the workbench. Missile is under impact load during the test. Calculate the hanging bar under various conditions by impact load produced by stress and strain to ensure stability and reliability of the structure.Use the resistance strain gauge to test thruster which has been completed include thrust,speed and length to make sure it work regularly. At last summarize the whole design process, conclude the innovation and the insufficient of the project.
