This can help users to decide whether to launch the missile or not in particular marine meteorological environment. Most of the existing evaluation methods are training the sample cases to get the effectiveness evaluation model. They are limited by the sample data. Another evaluation method based on the missile dynamics simulation which is called marine meteorological environment influence degree is proposed in this thesis. It is firstly simulating the missile motion under marine meteorological environment and then evaluating the marine meteorological environmental influence on the missile operational effectiveness. Thus, this method is more accurate.In this thesis, missile motion equations are established under the ideal conditions, which are nonlinear, coupling and of six degrees of freedom. The atmospheric wind disturbance model and the wave disturbance model are both established. And then the atmospheric wind disturbance model and the wave disturbance model are both added in the missile system. The missile guidance control system is carefully designed. The missile dynamics simulation system under the marine meteorological environment is designed and implemented. And on the basis of the missile dynamics simulation, the marine meteorological environment influence degree is analysed and solved. It is verified by the simulation examples that this method can accurately evaluate the marine meteorological environmental influence on the missile operational effectiveness. The content of this thesis mainly includes:1. The missile dynamics simulation model is set up, respectively under ideal conditions and under the marine meteorological environment.2. The missile stability control system is analysed and designed. The pitching angle, the overload controller and the height controller which are in the missile longitudinal channel are mainly analysed and designed. Besides, the rolling angle controller in the missile rolling channel is also analysed and designed. The classical frequency method is used to design the controller parameters. And the simulation model of the whole missile channel control system is established.3. The whole missile trajectory dynamic simulation system which is nonlinear and of six degrees of freedom is designed and implemented. And the system interface is designed.4. The marine meteorological environmental influence evaluation method which is based on the missile dynamics simulation is proposed. Its calculation method is also provided.
