In this paper,combined with the actual test requirements,a kind of missile-borne recorder for bombing electric signal and acceleration signal acquisition is designed.The impact resistance of the recorder under different load forms and with potting bubbles is studied.Provide reference for improving the impact reliability of the recorder.The main contents are as follows:Combined with the performance requirements of the missile-borne recorder,the common failure modes of the recorder are analyzed.The basic contents of the impact-resistant design of the recorder are expounded from the aspects of buffer structure,battery and test circuit reinforcement.A double-shell buffer structure of the missile-borne recorder was designed and its protection mechanism was analyzed.The finite element model of the missile-borne recorder was established,and the impact resistance of the recorder was studied.The impact resistance of the recorder under the acceleration and load conditions of the muzzle is simulated.The simulation results show that the equivalent stress generated by the missile-borne recorder is 12000 g acceleration load(20ms pulse width).Basically,it will not damage the test circuit of the recorder,but it may cause great damage to the recorder under the superposition of narrow pulse width and high amplitude acceleration load in the muzzle section;The impact of impact resistance,found that under the same load,when the components appear potting bubbles,the pin breaks,which provides guidance for the impact design of the missile recorder.The design and implementation of the missile recorder were carried out.The recorder was designed from the aspects of the function and impact design of the test circuit,the battery and the reinforcement design of the circuit.The process of epoxy resin potting of the battery and test circuit was introduced.The impact simulation test is designed to ensure the impact reliability of the recorder.The live-load test was carried out on the missile-borne recorder.The results show that all three recorders are reliable and stable,and the performance meets the requirements.The rigid body acceleration and free acceleration load of the recorder in the actual work are analyzed.In order to reduce the amplitude of the oscillation acceleration of the recorder in the muzzle section and reduce the damage to the recorder.The EMD-cross-correlation algorithm is used to extract the vibration mode and provide reference information for optimizing the structure of the recorder.
