| With the rapid development of communication technology, automatic control technology of the building in the 21st century, our society has showed a tendency of highly intelligent, which affected people’s requirements on their building. Then intelligent building comes into being not only mere to meet the demand for living, but also to adapt to the high quality of life and working place. With the rapid development of economy, intelligent building, as a new industry, contains the increasing number of weak and strong electronic systems, with the more and more complex industrialization. In order to make buildings intelligent, it is particularly important for each sub-system of the intelligent buildings to control and manage in centralized way.From the stand of engineering design of centralized control system of intelligent building, this paper is aimed at the design process and the effect of centralized control system, which mainly includes the following work.(1)This paper introduces the development of intelligent building, and the control system of it.(2)Based on the needs of one intelligent building, this paper originally adopts the top-down design method to do a overall research of the intelligent building of centralized control, and establish the overall architecture of the whole system by reconstructuring the network, design of software architecture, communication interface, security mechanism, and safety data.(3)The system of optical network and WiFi provide security for the information transmission and exchange of intelligent building centralized control system. Firstly, according to the diversity of intelligent buildings, this paper has designed optical network system. Secondly, following the AP deployment optimization, the calculation of signal loss, the channel planning and the application optimization design of this intelligent building, the WiFi system design has given an actual simulation images. Lastly, the paper,based on time differential principle, develops GIS application system.(4)Through the actual research and design of BUILDINGMAX software for the centralized control system of intelligent buildings, this paper provides designs for several sub-systems with the combination of project reality. |
