Intelligent has become the current trend of power system development,hydroelectric power enterprises have also proposed the goal of intelligent hydropower plant construction,remote centralized monitoring and control has become the focus work of many power plants at this stage.In order to optimize enterprise management and enhance the level of intelligence,hydropower plant is promoting the construction of the remote centralized monitoring and control.After the completion of the project,centralized control center will run combined dispatching,monitoring and control with all the stations under the jurisdiction of the hydropower station.To support the effective transmission of information and data between the stations and the centralized control center,and also to ensure the safe and stable operation of the hydropower station,we must build a safe and reliable communication system.In this paper,the author makes a research on the design and implementation of the supporting communication system according to the actual situation of a hydropower plant's remote centralized control project.The author systematically analyzes the service channel requirements of the communication system,carries on the scheme selection,and studies the concrete design and the project construction realization plan.In order to meet the different communication requirements of dispatching automation,dispatching communication and office services in remote centralized control,the author has designed a architecture that transmissio n network to finish transparent transmission,and service network to provid the communication of various types of service channel.the author chooses a determines that the dispatching data network and the integrated data network transfer by different optical fiber transmission systems,to ensure that the services of different requirements can be efficiently communicated under the appropriate network bearer.In this paper,several technical schemes of transmission system networking are deeply studied.After comparing and discussing,the SDH and PTN optical transmission networks based on provincial backbone network are proposed as the recommended schemes,and The details of the two sets of transmission equipment network and the construction of the relevant fib er optic cable were designed.For the dispatching data network,the author proposes an EAPS technology to construct the Ethernet ring network to ensure that the convergence time of the spanning tree reaches tens of milliseconds,which can meet the real-time requirement of the dispatching automation service.For the integrated data network,the author's design based on the traditional core layer,convergence layer,access layer three-tier network architecture,each level of network switches and communication links has a reasonable arrangement according to the operational characteristics of hydropower plants.For the switching network of the dispatching,the program-controlled exchange technology has been adopts strictly,and a ring network has been designed between the provincial dispatching,conty dispatching and plant dispatching to ensure the real-time and reliability of the dispatching communication.Through the construction of this communication system,we can effectively increase the communication transmission capacity,improve communication safety factor,well meet the needs of the hydropower plant's remote centralized monitoring and control.It also has some reference significance for the communication construction of other hydropower plants.
