| Kitchen waste vehicle is a special vehicle for the non-harmful transportation of thefood rubbish in restaurants and hotels. Design of kitchen waste vehiclerequires the container has good sealing and air permeability, handling convenient, reliable operation and high transport efficiency.And it can be combined with waste treatment equipment.Lifting and turning mechanism is the key mechanism for kitchen waste vehicle.It can finish theprocess of lifting, turning and pouring the garbage can.The operation is stable and reliable, so it can save time and improve efficiency.The research object of this subject is a new type of kitchen waste vehicle developed by schoolenterprise cooperation e-cooperation.Simulate the process of lifting and turning, then finite element analysis of the structure.There is the work carried out:1) Establish the model of kitchen. Use software Inventor to establish the geometric model of kitchen waste vehicle.Introduce the structure and function of each component. Design hydraulic principle diagram of lifting and turning mechanism.2) Establish a virtual prototype model of the lifting and turning mechanism by ADAMS/View. Set up the constraint relation between the all components.Add impact contact force and built Cable module. Simulate the process of lifting and turning. Obtained different oil cylinder thrust curve byapp lying different looads.Ac cord ing to the actual working conditions, the maximum gross mass is 240kg, the maximum thrust of the cylinder is22.8KN obtained by simulation.3) Preprocess the lifting and turning mechanism model by HyperMesh. Applythe maximum value of the cylinder thrust to the mechanism.Static analysis and modal analysis the finite element model of the lifting and turning mechanism by using the radios solver.4)Analysis results show the maximum stress of the lifting and turning mechanism is 316Mpa under the maximum load.It locates at the connecting position between the hanging barrel bracket and the frame of mechanism.The stiffness analysis shows that the maximum displacement of the lifting and turningmechanism occurs on the hanging bracketThe stiffness analysis shows that the maximum displacement of the lifting and turning mechanism occurs on the hanging bracket, its displacement size is 4.7mm, meet the national standard requirements.The modal analysis shows that the structure design of the lifting and turning mechanism can avoid the actual excitation frequency of the exciting force in the environment.The vibration phenomenon of the whole mechanism is avoided5) Conduct No-load and full load performance test.Test results show that the prototype of the design and manufacture kitchen waste vehicle is accurate and reliable, and has no interference point. Hydraulic system to meet the requirements of the full load condition, the vehicle performance is good. |
