| With the vigorous development of the catering business,kitchen waste production increased dramatically,causing serious pollution to the environment,but also plagued people’s lives.Therefore,the processing of kitchen waste cater more and more people’s attention.Kitchen waste truck,as a special tool for dealing with kitchen waste,get a certain development market.In this paper,through the research and analysis of the lifting mechanism of the kitchen waste truck,the feeding performance of the lifting mechanism got improved.And for the control requirements of the lifting mechanism,developed a PLC-based control system to meet the kitchen waste truck development needs.Firstly,the kinematics analysis of the lifting mechanism of the kitchen waste truck got carried out,and the maximum force of the cylinder was obtained.Then,the three-dimensional modeling software CATIA was used to model and assemble the lifting mechanism.The movement simulation of the lifting mechanism was carried out by the DMU structure motion simulation module of CATIA software,and the elongation curve of the piston rod had obtained under the ideal condition.Secondly,the requirements of the hydraulic system of the lifting mechanism were analyzed and the hydraulic system was designed to meet the requirements.The hydraulic system of the lifting mechanism was simulated by AMESim hydraulic simulation software,and the stroke curve of the hydraulic cylinder piston was obtained to ensure that the design of the hydraulic cylinder of the lifting mechanism met the requirements of the actual operation.Finally,the work flow of the lifting mechanism was analyzed,and the action unit and the execution element were correlated to get the PLC control target.Then,according to the requirements of control,the PLC system was constructed and the external components had selected.The PLC control system was designed to meet the control requirements of the lifting mechanism.The ladder diagram was programmed with Siemens programming software.And the method of simulation and experiment debugging were used to detect and modify the program.The procedure of PLC control system was improved and the PLC control system was improved and the feasibility of the PLC control technology was improved. |
