At present , the high-temperature corrosion of water wall has become a serious problem at power stations. The test-bed was set up on the base of Dagang 3 28.5MW boiler unit in proportion as 1:20 . Using of concentric firing system (CFS) , the experiment & research has been carried on the test facility with Hot-wire Anemometer and visualization of granular and band. The air flow in furnace was measured and observed under the different arrangements of burners. Compared with the results of numerical simulation, the flow characteristics in combustion region are shown in this thesis and the suggestions about how to solve the high-temperature erosion in water wall are made which are helpful for engineers to design and improve boiler.
